3 weeks have passed since a surgery.So,I had my orthosis removed as planned. Thus,My daily life will be easier. I got a permission to do weight training.Needless to say,It is from light weight and Open Kinetic Chain exercise.
Today's rehab
①Passive stretching (Internal rotation)
②Lower half stretching
③Isometrics
④Wrist curl
⑤Shoulder shrug
⑥Crunch
⑦Sit up
⑧Side plank (only left)
⑨massage (armpit)
I was told that my triceps brachii long head,coracobrachialis muscle is tight by my PT.
